1. The exam is done on 5 nails of a prosthetic hand (for subjects: No. 1,2,3)
2. The test is done on 5 fake nails and stored in a mica box in a black background, of arbitrary size (for subjects: 4,5,6,7,8)
3. Color: optional
4. Subject: Each exam should have its own topic (specify subject’s name on email when submitting the test)
5. Not limited tools used, materials used
6. The decoration accessories in the test must not exceed 10%
7. There are no strange characters, symbols, identification numbers, writing or any special symbols on the test
8. The height of the test should not exceed 1cm (nail design can be optional) (for the 3D nail art exam).
9. Scoring criteria: originality, creativity, ingenuity, harmony, impression, color balance, coordination, complexity and general overall

• Submit up to 7 photos of your work for each entry
• Candidates will perform on the prosthetic hand and nails contained in a black box
• Each photo is only for one image / one corner
• You can add a text description of any special technique you’ve used or anything else you’d like the judge to know about your art.
• Candidates need to specify name, age, address, phone number, email … in the specified file (available on the program website).
• Contact the Organizing Committee after registration and pay by sending SMS or email
• Each contestant will have 1 identification number
• All exams are not allowed to include any name, age, or symbols (if any, they will not win the prize).
